BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

Four-year program that will familiarize the students with current techniques in office practice and procedures, developments in office systems and technology, enhance good team-work and management skills, as well as the application on the principles of good human relations and communications in preparation to become key players in day-to-day office operations.

ADMISSION AND REGISTRATION

The Iloilo City Community College (ICCC) is primarily designed to cater to the low-income but deserving students of Iloilo City.

Applicants are required to accomplish application forms and comply other requirements. These should be submitted to the Office of the Registrar, Iloilo City Community College, INJAP Building, corner Tiolas-M.H. Del Pilar Street , Molo, Iloilo City for initial screening.

The ICCC Admission Test (ICCCAT) is open to all graduates and graduating students of Iloilo City public secondary schools recognized by the Department of Education.

Qualifications

Documentary Requirements

a) Form 137 duly certified or authenticated by the Principal for those who have already graduated or a photocopy of the card with grades in the latest grading period (3rd grading period) for those who are graduating in March
b) Certificate of Good Moral Character
c) NSO Birth Certificate (original and photocopy)
d) Two (2) recent 2” x 2” identical photographs
e) Testing Fee of P20.00

Other requirements needed for admission to ICCC :

a) Parent’s Voter’s ID or Voter’s Certification
b) Latest Income Tax Return of Parents or Certificate of Exemption from BIR
c) Medical Certificate / Physical Examination
d) Barangay Certification

Admission Test

Subject areas to be covered by the Admission Test are as follows :
a) English
b) Math
c) Sciences

Results

The result of examination will be posted at the school’s Bulletin Board

Screening by the College

  1. Student applicant must take the ICCCAT.
  2. Qualifiers will undergo an interview with ICCC faculty.
  3. Cummulative score from the High School GPA, ICCCAT, and interview will be determined and ranked.
  4. Students whose rank belong to the allowable number of enrollees will be allowed to process their enrolment
